## Your mission

At Symbolia, we are pioneers in a new age of software engineering. Our development is run by AI agents, because our business is formally verifying software across the economy, especially in physical industry, to make intelligence safe to put to work. In physical industry the proof is a machine that runs safely, every shift.

As founding roboticist, your mission is to validate Symbolia on our own robot arm, carry that validation into our first factory workflow, and position the business for industrial scale.

## Your outcomes

- Symbolia is proven on our own arm first.
- Physical claims are backed by measurements from the machine.
- The first factory runs on the same proof.
- "Safe" and "reliable" have definitions a plant manager can verify.
- The second installation reuses the first.
- Each new plant costs less than the last.

## Your competencies

- Has made real machines move safely. Arms, PLCs, motion control, fieldbus.
- Reads controllers and their programs.
- Thinks in verification terms.
- At home on the factory floor and in the lab.
- Can instrument a machine.
- Works with AI agents.
- Owns the path from lab to plant to scale.
